“You can pick your friends, and you can pick your Gnosis, but you can’t pick your friends’ Gnosis.”
We have noticed recently, a spate of commentary and ill-chosen words about the beliefs that people hold and the way that they practice.
We, Inner Circle Sanctuary, have our own way of doing things. In order to become an elder in our coven, or be in our classes, there are certain standards that you have to meet and requirements you have to accomplish. However, in the pagan community, every shade of witch or Wicca to us is valid. We are not gatekeepers for the community as a whole; no one should ever be.
Everyone has a right to the Goddess.
With the full moon tonight, I’m sure many people will be creating moon water. In theory, moon water is water that has soaked up the power and energies of the moon. It’s used for many purposes: cleaning your tools, crystals, or candles; anointing yourself with it daily; cleaning your home; feeding your plants; etc.
How do you make moon water? Some instructions say to put out a bowl and let it bask in the moonlight then put it in a jar to keep until the next full moon. Others are more detailed involving herbs, chants, and crystals.
