​Samhain Mask Making 2025

Samhain Mask Making
with Inner Circle Sanctuary
​Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM PT

At our holy day sabbat for Samhain, Inner Circle Sanctuary has a dress code. For students, at minimum, is their class robe and a mask. However, in joyous revelry of the season, our Lady Morgana loved to see the finery of medieval or Renaissance style dress with the masks. We'll be decorating up our masks for our Oct/Nov Samhain Sabbat.

Masquerade masks will be provided as well as various decorations, but feel free to bring your own supplies. It’s always helpful to have extra. 

Decorations to consider:
Paint - Rhinestones - Beads - Ribbon - Decorative trim
Felt (especially helpful for lining the back of the mask so it’s soft against your face)
Feathers - Leaves - Flowers - Tissue paper - Etc

Supplies (many will be provided, but extra is helpful)
Glue - Glue gun - Glue stick - Modpodge
Foam brushes - Paint pens - Paint - Brushes
Hole punch - Scissors  - Newspaper or something to paint on
Pencils - Sharpies
Our events, especially craft nights, are family friendly, so please feel free to bring a dish and any littles that might want to make some stuff.

We ask for a $10 donation for our events. All money collected will be given to a local community charity.

Please consider one of these Southern Nevada charities that we love. Or, choose your own. Please message us a picture of the receipt so that we can keep track of the donations for posterity.

​Join us as we craft our own altar pentacles.
Pentacles / Pentagrams is the foundation of your altar and the premiere symbol of the religion of Wicca. It encompasses the 4 elements and Spirit (The Akasha) all working together to help empower your spirituality and your work.

Stay tuned for a list of supplies.
Our events are always potluck and family friendly, so feel free to bring a dish to share if you’d like.

The Windmill Library's Annual Mystic Fair continues to explore the Metaphysical & Spiritual world. This year we have added Hypnotherapy, World Beat Drums, Belly Dancing, a Group Medium, and more.

Join us on the new moon and explore the magical benefits of Transformational Healing that combine a blend of Reiki, Elemental Healing, and Shamanic Practices.   Enjoy the metaphysical and learn about Oracle Decks, Pendulums, Mediumship, and the Paranormal.  Discover the world of Tea Leaf Reading, Shadow Work, Spell bags, and much more.  We will also have readers of tarot cards, palms, and psychic readers.   Teen & Children's activities are available too.

Visit local vendors and enjoy lunch from some local food trucks.
Bring a yoga mat if you want to use one for outdoor yoga.
Free and open to the public.

Yule Log Inner Circle Sanctuary 2024

​Yule Log Crafting
with Inner Circle Sanctuary
Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 6:00 PM PT

Join us for a fun night of crafting and education as we learn about the symbolism and history of the Yule logs while we make some of our own. 

You will need:
*Wood log with 3 holes drilled on top 
*3-taper candles in combinations of
red, white, and green 
OR 
black, white, and red 
OR 
silver, white, and gold. 
*Various seasonal decorations like pinecones, evergreen bundles, twine, birds, nuts, solstice ornaments, bows, ribbons, dried fruit, garland, etc. The more natural the better. If they’re natural, you can burn them. Plastic decorations are fine to use, but you need to remove them before burning the log. Also, many of us will bring decorations to share.
*Glue gun and glue
​*Extension Cords
​
*Snack and drinks to feast on while we craft together. 
​
You’ll want a log that’s thick enough to hold all your decorations and candles. It should be either a full round log or a halved log so it’s round on top and flat on the bottom. Firewood bundles of quartered wood are not what you want. We may have logs available.

As always, our events are family-friendly and potluck, so please bring a dish if you would like.

Inner Circle Sanctuary will be presenting three workshops at the Mystic Fair!

1) Crafting a Money Talisman: Magick plus crafts is a powerful formula for successful spells. Make a money talisman using your own powers of creativity and intention
     
2) Candle Magic Make and Take: Candle Magick is the simplest and most effective way to perform spell work. With decades of experience from our candle shop tradition, let Inner Circle Sanctuary show you how to get those candles dressed for success

3) Ouija Board Demonstration and Use: The spirit board (Ouija) has long been hailed as one of the scariest tools in occult lore. So frightening, in fact, that even some involved in the occult are fearful of it. What if we could set your mind at ease?

The corn dolls that ICS creates are used to bring certain hopes and desires into our homes. Would you like prosperity? Success? Protection? You can make your doll with those ideas in mind and bring those attributes into your home for the coming year. Next Imbolg, we will use these dolls as kindling for our sabbat fire, so we can start the season of growth with all the right intentions.
