All of our students must have a full set of magical tools before they complete their studies with us. Sometimes this particular tool is hard to find, so we find it best to make our own. Once we show you how easy it is to make this tool, you can get all sorts of creative with your next one, or three, or eight.
Please email us with any questions at InnerCircleSanctuary@gmail.com
To practice your magical art, you need a magical space. Many Wiccans set up an altar for their craft working, and this can be anything from a small end table to a 9-foot marble behemoth.
Inner Circle Sanctuary is somewhere in between. We enjoy our craft and all the tools associated with our religion; therefore, we have a nice 6-foot table we like to use to hold all of our ritual accoutrement. If you’ve ever been to our sabbats, you’ve no doubt noticed our big and beautifully decorated altar as the centerpiece to all of our rituals. It’s full of deity statues, seasonal decorations, and tools. Lots of magical tools.
The Altar Pentacle The pentacle is the first thing you’ll notice on our ritual altar. It might be made of wood with the pentagram burned into it, along with some candle wax stains. Sometimes, you’ll see a hand-painted pentacle that was lovingly traced and painted, but it has a few spots of water discoloration. Occasionally, you’ll see a huge and ornate, but scarred, altar pentacle that was designed and crafted by one of our founders, Lady Morgana. All were handmade and all are well-used. The scars they have only add to their beauty and power.

Saturday, January 11, 2020 Coffee with Inner Circle Sanctuary from 1 PM - 5 PM
Coffee Clutch: Originally from the German “kaffeeklatsch,” which translates to coffee (kaffee) + gossip (klatsch). It refers to a group of friends getting together over a cup of coffee and chatting, which is our favorite pastime.
Inner Circle Sanctuary is not the gossiping type, so we are using the newer term and having a casual Coffee Clutch where we can talk with people who are curious about Wicca and also those who are curious about joining a Wiccan group.
Wicca: A Modern Guide to Witchcraft & Magick by Harmony Nice A Book Review by Lord Tanys
I had been noticing comments on Amazon, and commentary on Youtube, that many of the Wicca/Witchcraft/Pagan/Magick books I had grown up with are considered “out of date.” So, I bought a few New Generation type books to see what is going on out there, and which books I may want to recommend, rather than the ones I love so much.
The first of these books is Wicca, by Harmony Nice. I drive for a living, and listen to Youtube programs for my own edification. Harmony Nice videos are well produced, with tight dialogue, and she is clearly very energetic about Wicca, and has inspired many people, especially new people considering the comments, to explore the Craft.
Traditional Wicca: A Seeker's Guide by Thorn Mooney A Book Review by Lord Tanys
I have been noticing comments on Amazon and commentary on YouTube that many of the Wicca-Witchcraft-Pagan-Magick books I had grown up with are considered “out of date.” So, I bought a few New Generation type books to see what is going on out there, and which books I may want to recommend, rather than the ones I love so much.
I listen a lot to Thorn Mooney’s videos on YouTube, while I drive around all day. She has a very chill, easy going style that quickly becomes a serious discussion of a huge variety of topics of interest to Witches, Covens, and leaders. She is highly educated, highly motivated, and her schedule sounds impossible- exhausting at least. She has covered many of these subjects (excellently) in her book Traditional Wicca.
