Join us for our monthly public event. 

We will be learning the history of, creating our own, and practicing with a black scrying mirror. Supplies will be provided.

We ask for a $10 donation for our events. All money collected will be given to a local community charity.

The Windmill Library's Annual Mystic Fair continues to explore the Metaphysical & Spiritual world. This year we have added Hypnotherapy, World Beat Drums, Belly Dancing, a Group Medium, and more.

Join us on the new moon and explore the magical benefits of Transformational Healing that combine a blend of Reiki, Elemental Healing, and Shamanic Practices.   Enjoy the metaphysical and learn about Oracle Decks, Pendulums, Mediumship, and the Paranormal.  Discover the world of Tea Leaf Reading, Shadow Work, Spell bags, and much more.  We will also have readers of tarot cards, palms, and psychic readers.   Teen & Children's activities are available too.

Visit local vendors and enjoy lunch from some local food trucks.
Bring a yoga mat if you want to use one for outdoor yoga.
Free and open to the public.

Sigil (noun)
a pictorial symbol used in ritualistic magic and supposed to have supernatural power: Create a sigil to represent your goal or resolution and carve it into the candle. (​www.dictionary.com/browse/sigil)

A sigil is a symbol with a mystical or magical meaning. The term sigil derives from the Latin sigillum, meaning "seal" and it is the root of many other English words such as “signature,” “sign,” and “signal.”

Inner Circle Sanctuary teaches that spell work is a matter of levels. Every extra added layer added to your spell work is a level to help enhance your visualization and intention. Start with a (1) candle, (2) choose its color, (3) anoint it with oil, (4) choose an incense burn, (5) add herbs, (6) create a chant, (7) maybe some herbs, (8) and parchment paper with a sigil on it and BOOM! it's a 8-layer magical spell.

Join us as we show you how to create your own sigils, a little history of where they come from, and how to use them in your practice.

​Our events are always potluck and family friendly, so feel free to bring a dish to share if you’d like. 

We ask for a $10 donation for our events. All money collected will be given to a local community charity.

Because of its appearance, the scourge can be a bit…. misunderstood.
Let ICS allay your fears about this traditional magical tool by showing you how to make one and by explaining what it’s used for. When finished, we will consecrate our new tool together.

Lots of supplies will be provided, but if you want to bring your own, you will need:
  • *A wooden dowel that is 1 to 2 inches thick and about 8 inches long. Tree branches work well for a rustic look, but you can get a finished dowel at any craft or hardware store. 
  • *8 leather straps about 1/4 inch thick and at least 12 inches long but longer is better. 
  • *Any kind of fabric or felt or ribbon or fur or leather straps or anything that you want to use to decorate your tool. 
  • *Glue gun and glue sticks

Our events are always potluck and family friendly, so feel free to bring a dish to share if you’d like. 

We ask for a $10 donation for our events. All money collected will be given to a local community charity.

"The Romans knew the Celts as living in present-day France as Gauls. The history of the Celts span centuries (possibly as far back as the Bronze Age or before: 3000 BCE) and as far and wide as the Iberian Peninsula (modern Day Spain & Portugal), up into Scotland, Ireland, and as far west as the Black Sea and perhaps beyond.

The Gods of ALL the different Celtic Nations throughout history is wide and varied. "Some scholars believe 'Celt' is primarily a linguistic label ('Celtic from the Centre' theory)." "The mainstream view during most of the twentieth century is that the Celts and the proto-Celtic language arose out of the Urnfield culture of central Europe around 1000 BC, spreading westward and southward over the following few hundred years." (Urnfield-Hallstatt theory)

"By the time Celts are first mentioned in written records around 400 BC, they were already split into several language groups, and spread over much of western mainland Europe, the Iberian Peninsula, Ireland and Britain." "Today, the term 'Celtic' generally refers to the languages and cultures of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, the Isle of Man, and Brittany; also called the Celtic nations. Did you know that Jacqueline Stallone read butt prints? She called it "the ancient art of Rumpology," or "butt reading," divining a person's past and/or future by analyzing "the lines, crevices, dimples, and folds of the buttocks."

Tyromancy is the practice of telling fortunes with cheese. Bibliography is the art of fortune telling with books. Here's our favorite melding of that particular art.
Divinations can be adapted to anything by anyone. Come check out this class and why divinations don't have to be so hard.
